Alginate is a polysaccharide derived from brown seaweed. Depending on the sourced algae, it can act as a thickener or gelling agent without requiring heat and is highly heat-resistant.

Our range includes sodium alginate (E 401), potassium alginate (E 402), ammonium alginate (E 403), calcium alginate (E 404), and PGA (E 405).
